Returns and Exchanges

Refunds, returns, and exchanges for all customers in the United States and around the world!

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, or in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@throwbacktees.co If your return is accepted, United States orders will receive a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. All other international orders will be required to pay return shipping.

***Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note: We are only able to refund you for the price of the products purchased. You will not be refunded for the shipping cost of your initial order.

Returns and refunds will not be accepted for the following reasons:

  • You entered the wrong or typo error address. (If you did enter the wrong address, please contact us immediately and if you do so before we ship your order, we can change it for you).
  • You ordered the wrong size. You are still able to exchange for the correct size, however.
  • You forgot to enter a promo code.
  • The product is worn, used, washed, damaged or altered in any way.
  • It has been over 30 days since you received your item.

We reserve the right to refuse a return if we deem it fit. You can always contact us for any return questions at support@throwbacktees.co

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
To begin an exchange, please send us an email at support@throwbacktees.co

Exchanges may be denied for the following reasons:

  • The wrong product was ordered.
  • The product is worn, used, washed, altered, or damaged in any way.
  • It has been more than 30 days since the product was received.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
